We have recently been having some issues trying to get Vranger Pro 4.2.2.14795 to back up our domain controller. Last week, I stupidly applied a GPO which locked out access on all usernames to all usernames but I don't know if this is related. I removed the GPO, ran gpupdate/force and rebooted the problematic server (which is one of our domain controllers) but I keep getting the same error -
Message: An internal error occurred during execution, please contact Vizioncore support if the error persists. Error Message: API Call failed with message: The operation is not allowed in the current state.
I can't see anything amiss in the event viewer. I have let the scheduled backup try to run twice and I have manually run it 3 times again, the last time following the gpupdate and reboot.
Can you advise please? I have several log files of type VZL but I can't open them.
