vRanger error: host could not be identified

I get this error "Message: An internal error occurred during execution, please contact Vizioncore support if the error persists. Error Message: <VM name removed>'s host could not be identified". This happens roughly once per week. I am running vRanger v4.5.3 on a Win 2k3 EE 32-bit host doing fiber only backups to a data domain. My daily job is doing differentials, retaining 31 savepoints and creating 6 differential savepoints before a full.
