Replication Errors

I have received the following errors repeatedly while trying to migrate a customer from vReplicator 3 to vRanger Pro 5

• [2011-03-23 01:37:47.437]: An internal error occurred during execution, please contact Vizioncore support if the error persists. Error Message: Cannot access a disposed object.
  Object name: 'Vizioncore.Shell.SSH.GranadosSshShell'.
• [2011-04-02 00:13:57.629]: An internal error occurred during execution, please contact Vizioncore support if the error persists. Error Message: 1994 - can't write Broken pipe [at pipeline_repl_send_task:628]

I am guessing the "Broken pipe" is refering to the connection between master & slave ESX hosts, so there has been something that has caused the connection to drop?
How can I go about diagnosing further?
