Hello,
I would like to debug a little why I can't add new NFS repository to vRanger. Is there any debug informations which vRanger is generating? I can use my NFS export (NETGEAR ReadyNAS 2100) in VMWare ESXi without problems. There is also another interesting thing. When I'm pointing NFS to empty directory I'm getting error:
"Failed to connect to repository. Please verify your credentials (if applicable) and ensure the directory path is correct."
but when I'm pointing NFS directory to one which contains existing vRanger repository (file GlobalManifest.metadata) vRanger can read this metadata file and list all VM which are backuped in this directory. When I try to select "Update" since this is the same repository files which I'm using by CIFS repository I'm getting error "Object not set to an instance of an object". On the other hand I can without any problems import NFS repository as ReadOnly and it allows me to do FLR.
So there is no problem with credentials from my previous errors since vRanger can read metadata file so I would like to know what is wrong with my NFS export. Any ideas?
Regards
