Vranger 5.5 Backup Failed 2436 - Invalid UUID format

Hi Guys.

Our Vranger 5.5 backups have started failing on a remote DC/File Server with a "An internal error occurred during execution, please contact Quest support if the error persists. Error Message: 2436 - Invalid uuid format" Message. The Archive size is 0GB so nothing is getting backed up.

The only difference now is that the DC is runnning Sophos Endpoint Security AntiVirus instead of ESETs File Security For Windows Server software.

I suspect this is the potential cause of the problem, do you agree ? SOL85521 seems to point to this error but the link to it does not appear to work.

Anyone any Ideas ?
