automatic retry if a job fails

Hi All,

I spoke to a customer who has 16 cpu of vRanger pro 6.1.

When a replication job fails they have to launch it manually.

They are thinking to pass to veeam because they have the automatic retry. As far as I know, we don't have it. Is there any workaround for it?
