Hello,
We are getting the following error message when backing up some VMs:
Message: An internal error occurred during execution, please contact Vizioncore support if the error persists. Error Message: 3201 - can't open r:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:902:[MY_SAN] Win7x86ULT/Win7x86ULT.vmdk:moref=vm-1557:snapshot-2025:3 (Unknown error) (at vddkd_open:209)
This happens at random and VMs that failed with this error are backed up properly on the next run.
We are running vRanger Pro DPP (4.5.0.15937, R22).
Can somebody tell me what this error means and why it happens are random on some VMs?
