User Restore Access on vRanger

Hi,
on my holidays my college had to restore same files from a vRangerfile. Hi has Domain Administrator rights, and could not restore because his credential are not accepted. If he took my credential it was working fine. Where can I set the credential? Local Administrator right? Or MS SQL User Access rights?
