Database Installation Failed

During Installation I receive the following error:
1. Connecting to database server...
2. Beginning Transaction...
3. Set current database...
4. Applying database upgrade scripts...
5. Database installation failed. Reason: Invalid object name 'configurationOption'.
6. Roll Back Database changes.
7. Database installation completed!
After I clicked next and finish, An error message popped up with the following message

Automatic Configuration of Database Failed and exited with '460'

I am trying to install vRanger 4.2.3 on windows 2008 SP2 64-bit OS.
