vRanger GUI very slow

Is there something I can do to speed up the GUI? When I click through a job from Email Notification Selection -> Next
6s ( Not responding ) appears in the title of the window.
10s later Backup Wizard windows disappears. After another click the window appears again
Viewing properties of a datastore takes 16s

W2008 R2, 4 x 2,33 Ghz, 16 GB RAM, no VM
